Leonardo Bonilla Andrade

Leonardo holds a law degree from Universidad Central del Ecuador and a Master’s Degree in Intellectual Property from Universidad Europea de Madrid. He has been part of the Litigation Department at Guerrero Intellectual Property since 2022, where he also advises national and international companies on corporate and labor matters.

His professional practice focuses on intellectual property litigation, anti-piracy enforcement, and contentious administrative and judicial proceedings. He combines solid legal expertise with a strategic approach to dispute resolution and rights protection.

Leonardo joined Guerrero IP in 2022 as part of the litigation team. In addition to his focus on intellectual property, he advises both domestic and international companies on corporate compliance, labor relations, and conflict prevention.

  • Member of the Inter-American Association of Intellectual Property (ASIPI).
