Doménica Ochoa Celi

Domenica holds a law degree from Pontificia Universidad Catolica del Ecuador, earned in 2023. She has experience in intellectual property law in both the public and private sectors. Since 2024, she has been part of the litigation team at Guerrero IP.

Her practice focuses on oppositions, appeals, nullity, and cancellation proceedings. She stands out for her legal drafting skills, analytical thinking, and proactive approach to resolving IP disputes.

Prior to joining Guerrero IP, Domenica worked as a distinctiveness examiner at the Ecuadorian IP Office (SENADI). She is currently an active member of INTA and the Ecuadorian Judicial Council’s Forum of Lawyers.

Law degree from Pontificia Universidad Católica del Ecuador (PUCE), 2023. She has complemented her legal education with specialized IP courses from the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO).
