Christian Bandre Cedeño

Christian is a lawyer with over 15 years of experience in Procedural Law, Intellectual Property, and Administrative Law. He is licensed to practice in both Ecuador and Venezuela. He currently leads the Legal Department at Guerrero Intellectual Property, overseeing litigation related to intellectual property (including oppositions, appeals, actions, and administrative and civil litigation), as well as corporate, labor, and regulatory matters.

He holds a Master’s degree and a postgraduate specialization in Ecuadorian Procedural Law from Universidad Andina Simón Bolívar, and completed studies in Administrative Procedural Law at Universidad Central de Venezuela, where he earned his law degree.

 

Christian joined Guerrero Intellectual Property bringing a strong legal background in both the public and private sectors. Under his leadership, the firm’s Legal Department has developed effective litigation strategies across intellectual property and corporate law areas.

He is an active member of AEPI, ASIPI, AIPPI, and INTA, and currently serves as Treasurer of the Ecuadorian National Group of AIPPI.
